Is my data safe?

Yes. Every business sees only its own data, protected by strict database rules. Customer phone numbers are never shown publicly, and we never sell or share your data for advertising. Read our Privacy Policy for the details.

Do customers need to log in or download an app?

No. They scan the QR code (or open your link), pick a staff member, tap stars and send. It takes about 30 seconds on any phone.

What about fake reviews?

One device or phone number can review the same staff member only once every 24 hours, and tags come from a list you control. You see every review with its time, and you can call the customer back if a number was shared.

How long does setup take?

About 10 minutes. Sign up, add your staff (photo optional), print the QR posters and stick them up. Reviews start coming the same day.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There is no lock-in. You can export all your reviews as CSV before you leave.

What support do I get?

WhatsApp and email support from the NGK Media team in Akola, Maharashtra, in Hindi or English. We can also help you set up your staff and posters.
